Usage and refund policy
- We are chauffeurs licensed by the NTA and insured for passenger transportation.
- Our vehicles can be shared with up to 8 passengers and the driver.
- We pick up and drop off at your home, depending on the location, an additional fee may be charged.
- Tolls and parking fees are included in the tour price. Note: Admission to the Cliffs of Moher is paid within the parking lot and is not included in the tour price.
- Admission to paid attractions is not included in the tour price.
- Students and children receive discounts only on attraction fees.
- Children pay the full tour price.
- Slots will only be guaranteed with 100% payment.
- 75% of the tour price will be refunded for cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour.
- 50% of the tour price will be refunded for cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour.
- Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour will incur a 100% charge.
- There will be no refund for cancellations on two-day tours.
- We accept payments via bank transfer or card.
- The shared tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not met, the trip is subject to cancellation or the total tour price may be divided among the travelers.
- Tours depart from Dublin, check availability for departures from other cities.
- Despite having some stops with restaurants or convenience stores, you can bring snacks and water.
- On one and two-day tours, we depart before 7:00 am and return by 7:00 pm, only for Wicklow we depart at 8:30 am and return by 6:00 pm.
- On two-day tours, accommodations are in double, twin, or triple rooms, and breakfast will be provided only on the second day.
- We offer private tours (you can choose the date and destination).
- Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages inside the car are not permitted.
- Please send the payment confirmation via WhatsApp and include the tour date in the transaction to facilitate identification.
